New page

You have captured a ship and are preparing to plunder it. If you lost cannons in the fight, excess cannons will have been transferred from the captured ship to replace those you lost. You now have to decide which goods from the captured ship to take and which to leave behind. You can also choose to drop goods currently on your own ship to make space for your plunder.

The Status button allows you to view the status of your own ship. The Cargo button will take you to the cargo view, where you can take goods from the captured ship into your own ship.

The Exchange button allows you to perform a cursory repair of
the enemy ship and take over command of it for yourself. This will
replace your current ship with the enemy ship.

Sometimes, the captured ship may be carrying some particularly
skilled crew members. If these are present (and you do not already
have a crew member with the same skill), you will be given the option
to try and recruit them.

The cannon buttons allow you to take cannons from the enemy ship,
or dump cannons from your own ship in order to clear out cargo space.

== Cargo View ==

This view lists the goods on your ship and the opposing ship. At
the top, it shows the capacity of your ship.

The information about the goods is organized as follows. The first number
is the amount of goods in your hold. Next comes the name of the trade good
followed by a number in brackets, which is the number of goods available
on the ship you've plundered. To the far right are two buttons that allow you to
Take goods from the other ship or Dump goods from your cargo hold. Below the
name of the good, you will find information about the goods in your hold,
such as the average price you have paid to acquire the goods.

If you want to Take or Dump all goods of a kind (instead of transferring
them one by one, press the appropriate button and hold it down (i.e., long
press). This will take or dump all the goods of that type.
